Here at GKG, we have become a specialist support organisation to the voluntary, Social Enterprise and public sector.

Our work is often supporting organisations in their development toward sustainability, change management, restructuring and more. We are recognised advisors in a number of programmes, funded by a range of government agencies, placing us in some of the most deprived wards in the UK to support developing enterprises. Because of the range of organisations we support, we often use a high level of participation activity.

Supporting this work, we create Tools allowing other advisors to support other clients and equipping the organisations we support to develop into their own future.

We can be involved with your organisation directly and/or you can have access to the full range of tools, template documents and guidelines that we use by subscribing to GKG Net. With little or no support from us you can enable your own organisation to develop effectively.
