GKG Tools

We can’t help it. Every time we create a framework for one organisation to help them through a task or issue, we have to turn it into a tool which can be shared with other organisations. Sometimes we have created tools in a Support Schemes; our Business Planning Framework came out of our support to Horn Stars, a Somali youth project in the FBO RegenSupport programme.

Our Full Cost Recovery tool came out of our work for the Direct Support programme. Other tools have come out of individual organisational development; our Evaluation of an Intervention came from our work with Prime Timers, an organisation providing key retired people to support enterprises.
