Elizabeth Gray-King
I worked 10 years in private sector marketing and management, team building and training followed by 17 years in the public and voluntary sector, mostly as ordained minister in the United Reformed Church and Community Development worker. As a Director of GKG, I am projects manager, research designer and an organisational development expert. A skilled trainer and facilitator, I have a BA (Fine Arts), CTh and MEd /PGDip (Management) and am a member of the Social Research Association. I Chair the Oxford Social Enterprise Forum and the Oxford Healthy Living Partnership.
Peter Gray (Pete)
I worked 15 years in public service, finishing in the Royal Navy as Lieutenant, active in team building and project planning. Seven years in private sector electronics followed and included marketing, requirements capture, bid writing and human factors design. As a Director of GKG, I am a systems specialist, tool inventor and fundraising strategy expert. I am a keen mentor, adept at listening to dilemmas and finding solutions. I am a Director of both the Oxford Credit Union and East Oxford Action.
Maddie Casey
I am GKG’s corporate support administrator, gluing us all together and sharing my years of enterprise and Voluntary sector experience. I come to GKG having worked in local and national charities, particularly with smaller community groups. I have designed and run parenting courses and training for community groups with focus on parents and families with specific needs. More recently I have worked with small groups and individuals looking at increasing income for their group or benefiting the community with a business idea'
